Every apartment here is a two-bedroom, and they’re big ones — 850 to 1,050 square feet, which is roughly 100 to 300 square feet more than most two-bedrooms in Pueblo. Gas, water, sewer and trash are included in your rent, so the number you see is close to the number you pay. Select homes have been upgraded, and some have patios or balconies.
You’ll have assigned off-street parking, with covered spots available. There’s on-site laundry, air conditioning, a dog park, and walking trails right outside — Lake Minnequa and its trails, fishing and picnic areas are a few minutes away on foot. King Soopers is under a mile. St. Mary Corwin is a twenty-minute walk. Pueblo Community College is a seven-minute drive.
